Kaitlyn McNamara

PT, DPT, OCS, USATF, Certified L1 Coach

I grew up in the great PNW spending time in both Washington and Oregon, taking full advantage of all outdoor pursuits and beautiful places they have to offer. I now reside in Whitefish, Montana, and am continually grateful to live in a place that allows me to trail run, ski, and adventure to my hearts content.

As a young athlete, my relationship with sports was drastically changed under the care and direction of incredible physical therapists. When I was told by others that I would never compete or run, they empowered me and never let me give up on my athletic pursuits. I now have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from South College in Knoxville, TN, am a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics, and get to give back to the clients I work with in the same way. I am a part owner and practice full-time as a Physical Therapist at Full Send Physio in Whitefish, MT, and am available for consultation and rehabilitation services there if that better meets your current needs.

My philosophy

My philosophy when working with runners is deeply rooted in my background as a movement and rehab specialist, and starts with establishing consistent, healthy training. Only from there can you build to help an athlete reach their potential. My goal with Stampede is to bridge the gap between training and performance by integrating injury prevention and healthy training strategies into each client’s repertoire.

Your goals, confidence, and independence with finding and recognizing what works best for your running and lifestyle will always be my top priority.

Confidence.
Independence.
Longevity.
