Coaching Package

Training plans and coaching for any distance, regardless if you have a goal race in mind or not. Plans can be any length of time (minimum 2 months) and be as simple as learning to develop consistent, healthy training habits.

  • Coaching package includes:
  • Development of training plan
  • Weekly communication with coach, including text/email and plan modifications as needed
  • 1x per month 15min coaching call
  • Plans can be any length, but please allow 1 week for development prior to desired start date
  • Includes mental drills and training, tips and tricks for fueling and hydration, and dynamic warm-up strategies
